Corrections Policy

If a calculator formula, label, statutory rule or explanatory passage is materially wrong, it should be corrected promptly and the related methodology updated. Minor copy edits do not require a correction notice.

What to report

Useful reports include the calculator name, the inputs used, the result shown and the official source or reasoning that indicates a problem.

Time-sensitive rules

Retirement ages, contribution limits and public-benefit rules can change. The official government or plan administrator remains the final source for entitlement decisions.
